Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and Enforce Sales Compliance Policy
  • Manage Corrective Action Process for Sales (Performance and Compliance)
    • Sales Performance for VPG will be owned by this position.
    • Progressive Compliance Corrective action will be tracked and administered.
  • Investigate Allegations
  • Customer Resolutions - Contact customers to resolve Cust. Sat. Issues
• Review QA Closings/Manage Provano program.
• Review weekly reporting for any Capital Sales exceptions (Downpayment/Discounts/ETC).
• Sales Collateral/Product Rollout Management – ensure training materials and sales collateral is approved and up to date.
• Ohana Exchange Replacement Contracts - Conduct DocuSign Closings

Qualifications:

• QA or contract compliance experience in the Timeshare Industry required.
• In office position based out of Myrtle Beach, SC.
