Guest Services Associate   Orlando, FL

What You'll Do

The Guest Services Associate is responsible for interacting with Capital Vacations guests and owners via the phone or in-person to gain or provide information in response to inquiries or requests with the ability to ensure an enjoyable customer service experience.  Check-in guests and owners in for their presentations and back up for gifting and welcome center.  

Responsibilities
  • Greet and check-in guest
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure the smooth operation of the Guest Services Department
  • Pre-Arrival call to all mini-vac packages
  • Prepare tour flow, print gifting
  • Run and prepare reports- opening and closing
  • Complete 6-week projections and In-House reports as requested
  • Communicate all pertinent and required information/reports to DOS, DOM, MOM, TO, etc.
  • Answer phones
  • Make reservations
  • Prepare and run daily gifting inventory audit
  • Backup for gifting, welcome center, and contracts departments
  • Call no shows and reschedule
  • Any additional duties as required

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Prior Front Desk/Customer Service experience in a resort or hotel environment
