Owner Services Specialist   Myrtle Beach, SC

What You'll Do

The Owner Services Specialist is responsible for interacting with resort guests and owners via the phone to gain or provide information in response to inquiries or request with the ability to deliver superior customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting owners with questions including assisting with reservations
  • Initiate and complete collections of maintenance fees when reviewing owner accounts as necessary
  • Facilitate and accept incoming/outgoing phone calls and return phone calls
  • Entering both online travel agency and wholesale rental reservations
  • Posting of nightly rental rates in the property management system
  • Maintain and meet department scores and daily goals
  • Auditing of reservations for accuracy
  • Collection of reservation payments
  • Will create, run, and distribute various reports
  • Communicate with guests and owners
  • Assist with owner rental program
  • All other duties as required

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Skillsets:

  • High School diploma
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, High proficiency in MS Excel required
  • Knowledge of basic accounting practices
  • Hotel/timeshare experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Zendesk, SPI and/or Timeshare Ware is a plus
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Excellent organization and ability to multi-task required to handle multiple priorities
  • Very detailed oriented and accuracy is a must
  • Technically savvy ~ able to quickly pick up and maneuver through several different systems
  • Ability to work in an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Ability to work with a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Flexible schedule - Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
