Purpose

The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Resort.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of the property

• Maintain property based on standard operating procedures

• Follow directions given by all superiors

• Responsible for some construction, painting, electrical and plumbing

• Coordinate or inspect, operate and maintain the heating, cooling and ventilation systems

• Pool Maintenance

• Landscaping duties

• Perform all other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma

• High school or equivalent

• Maintenance Experience

• Reliable Transportation

• Weekend Availability

Schedule:

• 5:00PM8 hour shift, Day Shift 8:30AM

• Weekends

• On Call
