Purpose

To deliver a clean and safe environment allowing guest to enjoy their stay

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Pressure cleans hallway porches and stairwells of the building, sidewalks and courtyards

• Coordinates the removal of solid waste material from buildings, public areas and grounds to the appropriate disposal site

• Replenishes guest room supplies and room inventory items to appropriate levels per unit inventory sheet

• Assists inspectors with cleaning and inspection of units during maintenance week by moving furniture, cleaning vents, fans, windows and porches

• Assists inspectors with cleaning and inspection of units released for availability after refurbishments are completed, clean vents, fans, windows and porches and moving furniture

• Responsible to provide managers with notifications of completed daily tasks

• Delivers highchairs and cribs per guest requests

• Completes assigned special projects as determined by the Housekeeping Manager and Multi-Site General Manager

• All other task as assigned

Job Requirements Education, Essential Training / Certifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to prioritize and complete task assigned

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
