DESCRIPTION: Seeking a strategic leader to drive our sales team's excellence. Develop dynamic sales training, collaborate on product rollouts and messaging, and align sales strategy for revenue growth. Lead a high-performing team and ensure continuous improvement. Leverage their extensive sales training experience, exceptional leadership skills, and industry knowledge to shape future sales success.


Sales Training and Development:

  • Develop and implement a dynamic sales training program and content that equips our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to excel in their roles.
  • Continuously assess and enhance training materials to keep them aligned with industry best practices and evolving market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and customize training programs to address specific needs.

Product Rollouts and Messaging:

  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches and ensure effective communication of product features, benefits, and value propositions to the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and playbooks to support sales efforts.
  • Work closely with product teams to gather insights and sales feedback to refine product messaging strategies.

Sales Strategy and Alignment:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine sales strategies and messaging that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Analyze sales data and site trends to identify gaps and make strategic adjustments to achieve stated goals.
  • Ensure alignment between sales leadership, site leaders, and training team to support growth and development of the sales team.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Further develop build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Sales Training team of four trainers today with growth expected.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Set clear goals, performance expectations, and KPIs for the team, regularly tracking progress and providing feedback.


  • Extensive experience in sales management, training, processes, and content development.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience managing and coaching others with a track record of creating top-performers.
  • Understanding of KPIs to gauge performance against targets and objectives.
  • Ability to analyze, create and disseminate reporting metrics to team members.Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement technologies and tools.
  • 5-7 years or more experience in the timeshare industry with solid knowledge of frontline and in-house timeshare sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Travel required (40-60%).
