What are you motivated by?:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety. If you have a strong background in maintenance and are passionate about providing exceptional service, we would love for you to join our team.

What you’re great at:

• Painting, Basic electrical work, Basic plumbing

• General repairs (e.g. replacing broken windows, requests of maintenance repairs by guests or owners on standard operation form).

• Lifting and carrying heavy objects

• Operating machinery. Driving Company vehicles

• Assist in all energy conservation efforts.

• Inspect assigned areas and units and write work orders on discrepancies.

• Perform routine monthly Maintenance/Annual Maintenance.

• Wear and/or utilize any and all safety equipment as directed by Management.

• Any other tasks as determined necessary by management.

Requirements
