What You Will Be Doing: We are searching for a seasoned and dynamic Director of Revenue Analytics to spearhead our revenue optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maximizing revenue, market share, and profitability for our managed resorts. As the Director of Revenue Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our rental revenue optimization efforts. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Revenue Analytics: Develop and execute comprehensive revenue reporting, utilizing strong analytical capabilities, pattern and trend recognition skills, and a background in data analytics. This includes considering market trends, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and revenue management tools to evaluate performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with the executive team to develop annual budgets, financial projections, and revenue targets.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of revenue professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management, highlighting key metrics and strategies.

Who You Will Be Working With: You report directly to the Senior Vice President - Yield & Rental Management, working closely with Regional Directors of Revenue Management and Revenue Managers, fostering a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead rental pricing and distribution analysis aimed at maximizing rental revenue and profit.

Oversee the Revenue Analysis team, leveraging their efforts to identify trends and optimize pricing strategies.

Effectively communicate and champion recommended pricing strategies and actions to the Revenue Management team.

Partner with the Revenue Management team to ensure the efficient implementation of approved pricing strategies.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of yield and yield analysis reporting.

Job Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Four-year college degree minimum. Recommended degrees include: MBA, Masters in Business Analytics or Data Science, Masters in Finance, Masters in Economics or Econometrics, Masters in Accounting, Masters in Hospitality or Tourism Management or equivalent.

5-7 years of relevant data analysis experience.

Strong analytical capabilities to review, understand, and formulate strategies based on available data.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and senior management.

Meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach to tasks.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in using independent judgment and making sound decisions.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a drive to achieve goals.

High proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerBI.

Knowledge of hotel processes and familiarity with timeshare is a plus (but not required).

Familiarity with Hotel PMS Systems, specifically SPI, is a plus (but not required).

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
