**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping/Front Desk staff member. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the facility while also assisting with front desk duties such as checking in/out guests, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping and/or customer service preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and workspaces to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens
- Stock and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
- Greet guests, check them in/out, and handle reservations
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about the facility, amenities, and local attractions to guests
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for guests

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
