Position Title: Activities Supervisor
Reports To: Activities Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Purpose
The Athletics Supervisor assists with the design and implementation of resort activities for all resort guests, ensuring an enjoyable resort stay that includes planning trips and events and providing assistance with managing day-to-day operations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

- Assists in implementing resort activities, including planning trips and events for all resort guests
- Assists in implementing special events for holidays and other occasions
- Assists with scheduling
- Changes daily board activities
- Cleans work area after any activity
- Maintains quality control of recreational areas, including basketball courts, tennis courts, pool areas, and children’s playground
- Provides follow-up reports to management with regard to special projects and responsibilities
- Completes daily revenue reports
- Serves as contact for facility rentals, collects deposits, files documents as required, maintaining confidentiality
- Investigates, resolves and documents complaints or inquires from employees and patrons concerning operations and deals with confrontational situations according to company policies and procedures
- Assists in the planning of employee-related functions within the workplace
- Provides exemplary guest service to all owners, exchangers and resort guests
- Completes monthly inventory, order supplies and merchandise
- Completes all task in a timely and efficient manner
- Complies with all company policies and procedures
- Performs all other related duties and projects as assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements
Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in guest service/retail
- Minimum two (2) years of recreational activities experience
- Timeshare experience a plus
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in coordination with Assistant General Manager
- Ability to use and maintain all office equipment (i.e.,computers, color laser printers, fax machines, digital cameras, and scanners)
- Ability to create a hospitable and fun environment
- Ability to manage, direct and complete assigned duties as directed
- Willing to participate in any sport
- Ability to present themselves fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled activity
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule; able to work holidays and weekends
Shift: Additional hours may be necessary to cover shifts and meet business needs
