Retail value excludes transportation to and from the Resort, airfare, meals, gratuities, reservation processing fees if applicable, hotel/accommodation and other taxes, and other incidentals, which are not included in this Offer, and which are the sole responsibility of Member. **Eligibility: Capital Vacations Club members (“Member”) interested in this offer must: (i) be current with all financial and maintenance fee obligations with respect to your Capital Vacations Club membership (ii) possess and present at the “Owner's Update” a valid government issued photo identification (i.e. driver’s license, passport [required for Canadian residents], or USCIS Form I-555 alien registration card); (iii) present a valid personal major credit card (no debit cards are accepted); (iv) have not have attended an Owner's Update in the last 90 days; and (v) must attend all scheduled package events including the approximately 60-90 minute Owner's Update meeting. Members that fail to attend or complete all scheduled package events, or that fail to meet the other eligibility/participation requirements in these Terms and Conditions, will forfeit the Capital Points they used in booking this vacation package.
