Offer Terms: This offer is sponsored by Capital Resorts Group, LLC d/b/a Capital Vacations (“Capital Vacations”) and is subject to these Terms and Conditions. *Total approximate retail value for each vacation package including event and private welcome reception is $900-$1,200 based on selected vacation package and ticket value rack rates. Each package includes scheduled event activities. Accommodations are not included and will be reserved by the Owner using their allocated week or days. Transportation is not provided for events and activities. Retail value excludes transportation to and from the Resort, airfare, meals, gratuities, reservation processing fees if applicable, hotel/accommodation and other taxes, and other incidentals, which are not included in this Offer, and which are the sole responsibility of Owner. **Eligibility: Owners interested in this offer must: (i) be current with all financial and maintenance fee obligations with respect to your Ownership (ii) possess and present at the “Owner’s Update” a valid government-issued photo identification (i.e. driver’s license, passport [required for Canadian residents], or USCIS Form I-555 alien registration card); (iii) present a valid personal major credit card (no debit cards are accepted); (iv) have not have attended an Owner’s Update in the last 90 days; and (v) must attend all scheduled package events including the approximately 60-90 minute Owner’s Update meeting. This offer is limited to one per Owner. This is a limited offer and subject to availability, cannot be combined with other offers, is subject to change without notice, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Any changes or cancellations need to be made within 72 hours in advance of the event start date. Owners who fail to attend or complete all scheduled package events, or fail to attend the required Owner’s Update, or who fail to meet the other eligibility/participation requirements in these Terms and Conditions, will be subject to the rack rate event cost.
