Capital Vacations is growing & urgently hiring in our Activations Department at our Springfield Call Center. The Date Setter assists current vacation package holders and setting their dates for vacation utilization.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contact customers who have already purchased a vacation package with us
• Ensure all vacation packages are qualified
• Arrange travel dates for vacation packages
• Assist our customers with any questions they may have while maintaining excellent quality standards in compliance with set company guidelines
• Upgrade accommodations, add on entertainment tickets, etc.
• Code records completely and accurately in our database
• Assist guests with questions about the vacation properties, packages, and procedures.
• Determine eligibility of Capital guests per qualification standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1 year of relevant call center experience is preferred but not required
• Customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Functional knowledge of computers and basic computer programs
• Ability to build rapport
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in basic PC knowledge
• Must be at least 18 to apply.
