Site Leader- Job Responsibilities

To report to all officers of the company and directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales. Oversee the implementation and enforcement of all company policies and procedures of the sales department.

  • Direct and manage the management of all sales associates and sales managers
  • Assist with the Compliance Department about direct complaints against sales associates and sales managers
  • Organize a daily meeting with all sales managers and regular training meeting with Training Managers
  • Knowledge and enforcement of company policies and procedures
  • Obtains the authority to hire, fire, recruit and discipline the sales staff per company policies
  • All other duties as assigned

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum of ten years in Timeshare Industry as a manager
