Shift- Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm full time and year round

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Motivate and supervise telephone sales representatives, verifiers and support staff.
• Enforce company policy with telephone sales representatives, verifiers, and support staff, regarding attendance, acceptable conduct, and sales quotas.
• Assist in the design and implementation of incentives and production awards.
• Work closely with quality assurance and compliance team to ensure all issues are handled in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the Dialer Administrator to ensure quality production.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education, Essential Training / Certifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• call center experience required
• supervisor experience preferred

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Good communication skills and excellent customer service.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
• Management and team organization experience.
• Highly motivated and able to motivate others.
