**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an R.O. Activities Representative to join our team. The R.O. Activities Rep will be responsible for coordinating and executing recreational activities for residents in our residential community. This individual will work to create a positive and engaging environment for all residents.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in event planning, recreation, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of recreational activities and event coordination.
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

**Responsibilities:**

- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of recreational activities and events for residents.
- Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, and other staff members to ensure successful events.
- Communicate effectively with residents to promote activities and encourage participation.
- Set up and clean up activity areas as needed.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for activities.
- Assist in developing new and creative activity ideas.
- Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines during all activities.
