Position Overview
To support our growth in Minnesota, we are hiring for the following Marketing roles:
In-House Marketing Representatives
As an In-House Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in generating excitement for Capital Vacations among guests and owners. You’ll be responsible for providing guests with information and encouraging them to attend sales presentations and owner updates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate guest excitement regarding Capital Vacations’ products and services.
• Invite owners to attend an Owner’s Update.
• Invite non-owners to attend sales presentations for Capital Vacations.
• Assist guests and owners with on-site and off-site needs, ensuring smooth check-in experiences.
• Understand company policies and ensure qualifications for presentations are met.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, shows, and events to provide recommendations to guests.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Handle cash responsibly and maintain production above minimum standards.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls, supporting guest needs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage guests and promote vacation ownership.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will develop and execute a comprehensive internal and external marketing strategy aimed at increasing revenue and profitability. This role will provide marketing leadership and ensure our competitive positioning within the timeshare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals, driving revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying new segments and opportunities for expansion.
• Provide marketing expertise to all departments, optimizing their efforts with strategic advice.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure successful execution of campaigns and projects.
• Evaluate operational issues to maintain competitive, current marketing practices in the industry.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns for new products and services, including budgets.
• Assist in developing and maintaining an ongoing guest relations program.
• Uphold the company’s mission, vision, and values, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and policies.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role within the timeshare industry.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strong management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
