Purpose
Bank Administration Analyst will assist with tasks and projects related to banking administration, program administration, online bank payment set up, banking projects and merchant card processes.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Handle all KYC bank compliance requirements
• Perform Program Administration in various banking software to ensure adequate access for required users
• Maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet of all bank user access
• Maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet of all bank accounts for Corporate and HOA
• Maintain a banking schematic including signers on accounts and products on accounts
• Prepare and update bank fees schedules and identify key fee savings across the banking landscape
• Maintain a banking spreadsheet on interest earned by account
• Open and close corporate and HOA bank accounts
• Coordinate the set-up of bank products and services used by Treasury or other departments
• Set up of merchant processing services and attaching the appropriate bank accounts as well as maintain a database of MIDs and related information
• Update merchant processing on bank accounts
• Update and develop desk procedures for all Analyst functions
• Print and distribute reports as necessary
• Research and resolve bank questions and reconciliation issues
• Special projects when assigned based on priorities set by management
• All other duties as requested

Job Requirements Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5 years of banking in a CSR/banch management role or 3+ years of work experience in treasury/cash management or Head Teller experience.
• Experience in a corporate or HOA bank operations environment is preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills, including Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines with excellent organizational skills
• Proactive and motivated to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Treasury operations
• Think strategically while paying close attention to detail
• Working knowledge and understanding of bank products and services
• Ability to follow directions and work with little supervision
