Housekeeping

Oversee all daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning rooms, inspecting, laundry, inventory, and guest complaints concerning housekeeping service
Ensure that all cleanliness and conditions meet company standards
Responsible for examining rooms before guest arrive and conducting inspections upon their departure to assess if any damages have occurred
Monitors time housekeepers are taking to clean guest rooms and ensures compliance with company standards
Notifies maintenance of any needed repairs in all guest rooms and public spaces
Lists and itemizes lost and found items. Returns items to guests per resort policies
Responsible for keeping all storage areas and linen rooms in a clean and satisfactory condition, including stocked with necessary items
Controls waste of any product or linen and ensures that all products are used per directions and care
Practice safe working conditions under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines, including Bloodborne Pathogens
Assist with Maintaining proper MSDA logs and provide safe chemical handling as prescribed in MSDS sheets
Perform all housekeeping duties from cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, linen replacement to laundry and inventory management of housewares
Perform minor maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, painting, and other duties as needed
Respond quickly to requests from guests and other departments
Follow all company policies and procedures
Develop and maintain positive working relationships within the team
Completes all duties as assigned to ensure all guests have an exceptional experience
Step in for Supervisor when absent
All other duties as assigned
