We are a dynamic and fast-paced contact center dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly motivated Take Over (TO) Closer to join our team and help us provide the best experience for our clients.

Job Overview:
As a TO Closer, you will be responsible for closing deals for other team members, handling objections, line-feeding and working the close of the call to a completed sale. You will be responsible for taking escalations and follow-up to resolve complex issues.

Your main goal is to ensure the success of your team by closing deals they cannot close on their own.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Take ownership of cases, ensuring timely resolution, and providing a seamless transition from the initial agent to yourself.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to address issues or complaints and achieve a satisfactory resolution.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues that require cross-functional support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case notes in the customer management system.
• Meet and exceed performance goals related to quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
• Provide coaching and support to junior agents as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Closer on a Sales Floor

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle escalations and de-escalate tense situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Comfortable working with various customer management systems and tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Take Over or Closer role is a must.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
