What You Will Do: As a Housekeeping Inspector, your primary responsibility is to inspect all units to ensure cleanliness and preparation for all future guests and owners. You will work closely with housekeeping teams to maintain high cleanliness standards and assist in promoting a cooperative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly inspect assigned units to ensure complete cleanliness and proper setup
  • Ensure rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and call room attendants to clean any missed or improperly cleaned areas
  • Assist Housekeeping Supervisors in promoting a positive and cooperative spirit among housekeepers
  • Alert Supervisors/Managers to areas that need further attention or housekeepers needing additional guidance
  • Perform any other duties as assigned, including some cleaning duties when necessary
  • Help with preparation for cleaning staff, such as preparing chemicals, linens, and backing daily cleaning bags for staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all areas are cleaned and set up to exceed guest expectations

What We Need From You:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience
  • High energy with a passion for housekeeping and cleanliness
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Driven to improve the quality of work and efficiency
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain professional conduct at all times
