What You'll Do

Oversee the Administration Department, i.e., Guest Services, Tours, Contracts, and Administrative. Continue the sales process with an intent to maintain the integrity of the Capital product. Will maintain proper sales and marketing procedures throughout the departments

Responsibilities

· Train, encourage, motivate and monitor the Sales and Marketing Administration staff. Work with the Sales and Marketing Management to keep over-all site budget in acceptable standards

· Maintain and communicate company polices and know how to implement them

· Insure that reports are generated and distributed as directed

· Maintain integrity of Capital Resorts ownership

· Maintain productive working environment with other departments

Qualifications

· High school diploma/ GED: or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Sales experience within the timeshare industry

· Possess and maintain Notary
