Housekeeping Inspector   The Links Myrtle Beach, SC

What You'll Do

Inspector is to inspect all units to ensure cleanliness for all future guests and owners.

Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly inspect assigned units to ensure complete cleanliness and set up
  • Check assigned unit for areas that have not been cleaned properly
  • Call room attendant to clean any area that was missed or not properly cleaned
  • Aiding the Housekeeping Supervisors in promoting a cooperative spirit among the housekeepers
  • Alert Supervisor/Manager to areas that are commonly missed and to housekeepers that need further instructions in certain areas
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education, Essential Training / Certifications and Experience:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Prior housekeeping/supervisory experience

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:  

  • High energy with a passion for housekeeping cleanliness
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strive to improve quality of work
  • Ability to work with no supervision
  • Ability to maintain professional conduct at all times
  • Flexible schedule; ability to work weekends and holidays is required
