What You'll Do

To oversee the Verification Load Department and to continue the sales process. Train, encourage, motivate, and monitor the VLO staff. Verify the accuracy of the owner and purchase information with the owner while explaining the contract paperwork and assuring the new owner leaves with a feeling of satisfaction and confidence of their purchase. Maintain proper sales procedures while decreasing the rescission rate of the resort.

  • Conduct monthly training sessions with VLO’s while addressing any areas of concern or policy changes
  • Be alert to any problems, patterns, high cancellation rates or complaints regarding the VLO department
  • Prepare and maintain monthly VLO log and submit timely to proper directors
  • Assist in measuring Sales team’s performance and adherence to regulation and company policies with respect to the Timeshare closing process.
  • Identify and report logs of compliance and non-compliance from closing recordings.
  • Escalate items to Upper Management as appropriate.
  • Verify all documents for accuracy; check contracts for errors and omissions.
  • Assuring that our newest owner leaves with the confidence in their purchase
  • Maintain proper sales procedures
  • Handle misrepresentation concerns and client disputes, reporting as necessary
  • Make recommendations/assist the Director of Sales regarding corrective counseling, training, up to termination for misrepresentations
  • Authorized to protect the company from misrepresentations including adjusting contracts to stay in compliance with laws and company policies
  • Must close a “Reasonable Percentage” (within 10% of the average number of closings of other VLO’s at the same site/department) of closings occurring each month
  • Download VLO recordings, labeling, and file appropriately within 24 hours of closing
  • Maintain Performance Standards and low net cancellation rate while maintaining the integrity of Capital Resorts ownership
  • Perform follow up with owners within 3-days of the purchase.
  • Handle cancellations by phone or walk-in; work to retain them as owners and if unsuccessful then complete necessary documents per cancellation procedure.
  • Keep administrative assignments completed in an orderly and timely fashion
  • Maintain a productive working environment
  • Assist with Contracts processes and other functions in the office as needed or requested
  • Must be able to travel and attend road shows
  • All other duties as requested

  • Timeshare sales experience
  • 2 years of Verification Loan Officer experience
  • Notary Public
  • Timeshare sales experience
