As one of the fastest- growing companies in the industry Capital Vacations Front-Line Sales Representative speaks with and leads guests on a tour of model units with the intention of converting guests into Vacation Club Owners.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Presents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
  • Completes property tours of the condos and discuss guest needs
  • Building the dream of vacationing for guest 
  • Map out the benefits Capital Vacations travel program has to offer 
  • Calls Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
  • All other duties as assigned

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:

  • High School diploma/GED referred
  • Maintain 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible schedule


  • Full Time Position - Possible Holidays and Weekends
