Recruit Position Duties

• Upkeep & Maintenance of facilities and equipment located at the lake.

• Accurately complete daily sales reports.

• Provide association members with a fun and safe environment of boating, fishing & beach amenities.

• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, trash removal & overall site appearance.

General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity

Recruit Position Requirements

• Must be 16yrs. old (need work permit if under 18yrs. old).

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Must be able to swim.

• Knowledge of all safety procedures.

 

Recruit Position Schedule

• Flexible schedule, Boat Dock is open from 9:00am-5:00pm Thurs.-Sun. (April-May & October) 9:00am-7:00pm Mon.-Sun. (June-Sept.)
