Recruit Position Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Check In/Check Out guests.

• Maintain front desk in a neat and tidy manner.

• Answer phones in a polite and helpful manner.

• Deal with guest issues and communicate with the applicable Department to ensure guest issues are dealt with.

General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity

Recruit Position Requirements

• Customer service experience.

• Comfortable working with industry specific software.

• Ideally will have experience as a Front Desk Agent at a Resort or Hotel front desk.

• Works well under pressure.
