Recruit Position Duties-

• Coordinate workflow between Front Desk, Housekeeping & Maintenance Departments.

• Manage room status portal (vacant, clean, cleaning in progress etc.).

• Make sure rooms are on target to be released on time.

• Manage in room work order workflow in partnership with the Maintenance Manager.

• Enter work orders in work order system once notified by housekeepers and housekeeping supervisors.

General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity

Recruit Position Requirements-

• Experience as a dispatch agent, ideally in a Hotel or Resort setting.

• Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Must work well in a team environment and communicate in an effective manner so as to gain buy in from all multiple departments.

Recruit Position Schedule

• Sunday-Saturday 40hr/week 5days
