The role of an Community Marketing Agent is to provide information about the surrounding area to guests, while giving opportunities for qualifying individuals  to attend a presentation about Capital Vacations and all the vacations benefits we provide. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greets, presents, and incentivizes potential clients to attend a sales presentation at Capital Vacations
  • Serves as the first point of contact for guests
  • Enjoys discussing vacation
  • Must be welcoming and provide a professional first impression of Capital Vacations while pre-qualifying potential customers
  • Maintains an accurate record and customer log
  • Responsible for the collection and delivery of any deposits received from the guests

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma/GED

Skills and Abilities:

  • 1 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience is preferred, not required
  • Ability to maintain production standards
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to work independently or as a team with a driven work ethic
  • Must be energetic and outgoing

Shift: Flexible

  • Regular Hours
