Have you ever dreamed of working at the beach? Sea Club IV Resort is looking for a full time Maintenance Tech. We are a small, well kept Timeshare condominium catering to vacation Owners and renters, located on the sparkling waters of Daytona Beach Shores.

This position hours are TBD performing a variety of tasks to include general maintenance and repairs of exterior / interiorof the building. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC etc.cleaning, laundry, greeting and interacting with guests while creating wonderful vacation memories. Fun working environment! Great people! Duties

Be proactive and ensure reoccurring maintenance on all properties are completed in a timely manner
• Coordinate and finalize property work orders
• Work closely with property managers to ensure all projects are completed to the client's satisfaction
• Coordinate purchases of materials needed for projects and track expenses
• Efficiently take care of office maintenance tasks
Job Requirements:
• Speak and write fluent English
• Own transportation that can be used during working hours
• Employment experience in a maintenance related field
• Work well with co-workers, vendors, and clients
• Basic computer experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel as well as the ability to navigate and utilize the Internet
• Excellent time-management skills
• Self-sufficient, able to work independently, and be a self-starter
• Highly punctual and reliable
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
• Exercises tact and discretion while dealing with confidential information
• Maintain a positive attitude
