Duties

• Clean pool, assist with any maintenance requests, vacuum hallways, take out trash, clean windows, pick up around property, clean stairwells, wipe handrails.

• Duties will change based on season and preventative maintenance of units.

Requirements

• Able to work outside for hours at a time.

• Have good communication skills with owners, guests, and co-workers.

• Able to take direction form Maintenance Supervisor based on work duties for the day.

• Some chores will be assigned daily and other duties will change as needed.

• Must have a valid drivers license to operate company truck.

• Will be required to be at our second location 3 blocks away as needed.
