The Project Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This role is responsible for scoping and documenting project requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and providing valuable insights to drive project efficiency and success.
- Requirements Scoping: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business and project requirements. Ensure that all stakeholders' requirements are understood and translated into actionable project plans.
- Documentation: Create detailed project documentation, including project charters, project action plans, business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
- Data Analysis: Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a collaborator between project teams, including project managers, developers, and business stakeholders. Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within projects and business operations. Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance and testing activities to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements.
- Project Reporting: Create regular reports on project progress, issues, and risks, and present findings to project managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Assist in the identification and management of project risks and issues, providing input and support in risk mitigation strategies.
- Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date, organized, and accessible to relevant team members.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and business goals are aligned.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or Engineering).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scope simultaneously is a must
- Passion for advance technology and digital transformation
- Ability to work at a quick pace that aligns with the timelines and needs of the business is a must
- Must be flexible in work schedule and daily work hours to meet project timelines as required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Prefer but not required proficiency in project management and business analysis tools and software.
- Prefer but not required knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Entry-level candidates: Relevant internships, coursework, or certification programs.
- Experienced candidates: 2-4 years of experience in project or business analysis.
- Experience working in roles supporting Timeshare is a plus
- Experience working in Resort Operations is a plus
