Position Title: Discovery by Capital

Reports To: Front-Line Sales Manager/Director of Sales

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Purpose

The Discovery Representative offers a trial-based product as an alternative option to buying timeshare.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Presents the guest with an alternative option to receive another vacation and timeshare tour with Capital Vacations, LLC.
  • All other duties as assigned.

General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.

Job Requirements

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:

  • High School diploma/GED referred
  • Maintain 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent customer services kills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to travel –Road Shows

Shift: Weekends and holidays are required

  • Regular Hours and Weekend

Travel: Must be able to attend roadshows

  • Up to 25%
