The Financial Service Coordinator’s key objective is to professionally and discretely maintain accurate records of the Associations managed by the company, in accordance to our contractual obligations. Which involves the management and oversight of the billing and collection of Homeowners Association (HOA) dues and heavily involves the owner interaction and financial transactions.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prepares monthly cash receipt reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
  • Prepare and mail maintenance fee billings to property owners, and post payments made.
  • Ensures Board established billing and collection policies, or company established policies and procedures are followed.
  • Assess and mail timely late fees, misc. fees, and other penalty statements to delinquent property owners.
  • Assist property owners with questions concerning maintenance fees and dues
  • Research and respond to disputes / complaints adequately, professionally and appropriately.
  • Updating owner contact and account information
  • Responsible for the integrity of the Associations’ ownership records.
  • Assist resort managers as needed.
  • Performs all other related duties and projects as assigned.


  • Associate degree in accounting or business, and/or 5 years’ related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years property management experience, Hospitality industry preferred.


  • Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
