**Job Summary:**
The Activities Director will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing a variety of recreational programs and activities for individuals in our facility. This role involves creating engaging programs to enhance the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our residents.

- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, Gerontology, or related field.
- Proven experience in planning and organizing recreational activities, especially for seniors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the physical, mental, and emotional needs of individuals in a senior living setting.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program to meet the diverse interests and needs of residents.
- Coordinate with staff, residents, and families to ensure activities align with residents' preferences and abilities.
- Manage the activities budget and resources effectively.
- Supervise activity assistants and volunteers.
- Evaluate the success of programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety and health regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to activities and participation levels.
