**Job Summary:**
The Hospitality Specialist – Front Office serves as the primary point of contact for guests, managing all aspects of their stay to ensure a positive experience.

**Responsibilities:**
- Ensure efficient and courteous operation of the front desk
- Check guests in/out, collect balances, and post room charges
- Answer and transfer calls with proper telephone etiquette
- Assist guests with inquiries about local attractions and dining options
- Make courtesy and follow-up calls to address guest concerns
- Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests
- Process daily revenue and manage cashier functions
- Prepare night audit reports
- Handle reservations, room moves, and stay-over requests
- Address maintenance/service requests promptly
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in the Resort/Hotel industry; Timeshare knowledge preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills under pressure
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Active problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends

**Work Schedule:**
Off Monday's & Tuesday's, Night shift Wednesday -Sunday 4-midnight..
