**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the routine maintenance and repair of our facilities. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance technicians, delegating tasks, and ensuring maintenance work is completed efficiently and effectively.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work
- Previous experience in a supervisor or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians
- Inspect facilities regularly to determine maintenance needs
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules
- Oversee repairs and maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Train and mentor maintenance staff
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
