**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Snow/Ski Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our snow and ski facilities. The ideal candidate will manage a team responsible for maintaining the slopes, chairlifts, and other snow sport amenities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in ski resort management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of snow sport industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations, including snow grooming, lift operations, and guest services.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff members to maintain a high level of service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and safety standards to ensure compliance.

- Ability to work in a dynamic outdoor environment in varying weather conditions.
