We are excited to announce that Capital Vacations is expanding to Sedona, Arizona!

We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic, driven professionals to join our sales force. Our mission is to deliver unforgettable vacations and life-changing career opportunities with the best compensation plan in the industry!

Our Sales Managers guide, direct, mentor, and lead the Blended-Line Sales Team in daily resort sales operations and assist Sales Associates with finalizing the sales process and enforcing all department and company policies and procedures with the team.

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
• Lead, train, and mentor the Front-Line Sales Team to maximize performance.
• Oversee daily sales operations and close sales transactions.
• Foster a high-energy sales environment that excites both clients and team members.
• Ensure high-quality guest experiences with polished presentations.
• Maintain team performance and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Timeshare Sales Associate.
• Proven ability to drive results (VPG, closing rates).
• Leadership and team-building skills.
• Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).
