**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Ski Rental Technician to join our team. The Ski Rental Technician will be responsible for assisting customers with ski equipment rentals, ensuring the proper fit and function of rental equipment, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the rental process.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a customer service or retail environment
- Knowledge of ski equipment and rental processes preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Physical stamina to lift and carry ski equipment

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers with selecting appropriate ski equipment for their needs
- Adjust and fit ski boots, bindings, and other equipment for customers
- Provide guidance on proper use and care of rental equipment
- Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized rental shop area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth rental operations
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to undergo training on ski equipment rental procedures
