Purpose

Guide, direct and lead the Tour No Buy Team in daily operations of resort sales. Tour No Buy Associate with finalization of sales process and job duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain sales performance and Quality of sales
• Manage and train sales team
• Knowledge of, implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures
• Justifying and gaining consent to purchase from client
• Protect the company interest
• All other duties as assigned
