Purpose

As one of the fastest- growing companies in the industry Capital Vacations Podium Presenter speaks with guests about the benefits of Capital Vacations with the intention of converting guests into Vacation Club Owners.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Presents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
• Puts together a company wide presentation for all guests.
• Conducts a 30 minute presentation daily.
• Completes property tours of the condos and discuss guest needs
• Building the dream of vacationing for guest
• Map out the benefits Capital Vacations travel program has to offer
• Calls Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
• All other duties as assigned

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:

• High School diploma/GED referred
• Maintain 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports
• Real estate license or course completion.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Maintain a high level of professionalism
• Excellent customer services skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible schedule

• Full Time Position - Possible Holidays and Weekends
