What You'll Do as a Tour Guide:

• Lead engaging tours of our luxury vacation ownership properties

• Connect with guests to uncover vacation preferences and lifestyle needs

• Introduce the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations

• Coordinate with Sales Managers to present tailored ownership options

Arizona law requires a real estate license for anyone handling financial discussions or contracts in timeshare sales. You will not handle these until licensed.

Your Career Path:

1. Phase 1: Tour Guide (First 90 Days)
   Learn the business, connect with guests, and build foundational skills while preparing for your real estate license.

2. Phase 2: Licensed Timeshare Sales Representative
   Once licensed, you'll begin presenting offers and closing sales—earning up to 18% commission, with potential earnings of $250,000+ annually.

Who We're Looking For:

• Outgoing and confident communicators who love meeting new people

• Motivated individuals ready to invest in their future (we help cover licensing costs!)

• Hospitality, retail, or sales experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right personality

• Available to work weekends and flexible schedules
