Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeping/Rooms Inspector to ensure the cleanliness and overall quality of our guest rooms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting rooms, identifying maintenance needs, coordinating cleaning schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs
- Monitor and track cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Report any issues or maintenance needs to the housekeeping manager
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns regarding room cleanliness with professionalism and urgency
