Purpose
Provide association members and guests with a fun and safe environment at the Calypso Adventure Park
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
General Statement - Performs the job assigned complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
Job Requirements
Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED/valid working papers/permit
Customer service experience in the hospitality field is preferred
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skill
Ability to multi-task
Ability to analyze customer needs and assist in resolving all customer challenges and stressful situations
Maintain an outgoing and positive attitude Efficient knowledge of office equipment, copier, calculator, fax machine, postage machine, and computer
Flexible schedule to include rotating schedule, evenings, weekends and holidays
