Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Martin Special X Style 000 Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar (Black) with two (2) signatures from Artists performing at the Loving Life Music Festival, with an estimated retail value of $850.00 per prize. Limit of one (1) entry per household. In order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes for the Prize, you will be required to meet the Sponsor eligibility criteria. Additional qualifications and restrictions may apply. The Sweepstakes for the Prize period ends when Sponsor elects to end the Sweepstakes, or on the End Date. Odds of Winning: Estimated odds of winning the Prize are 1in 90,000; however, actual odds of winning the Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Other Conditions: Prize cannot be transferred or substituted, except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which event a prize of equal or greater value may be used. Prize may not be redeemed for cash. Except where prohibited by law, winner’s prize acceptance constitutes agreement for the Sponsor to use winner’s name, photographs, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, city, and state of residence for advertising purposes on a worldwide basis in all forms of media and on the internet, without compensation. Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates and agents (collectively “Related Parties”) are not responsible for and will not be liable for; (i) late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions or transmission failures of any kind; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; or (iv) printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes materials. Indemnification: By participating you agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold the Related Parties, harmless from all losses, damages, injuries, rights, claims and actions, of any kind (including attorneys’ fees), in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with the Sweepstakes, or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prizes, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Prize Drawing & Notification: The winners will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing that will be held on August 1, 2024, in Myrtle Beach, SC. Winner will be notified by email or telephone by August 2, 2024, and must complete, execute, and return a W-9 form (required to issue the winner’s 1099 forms), an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively “Affidavits/Releases”) within 5 calendar days of notification in order to claim his/her prize. Failure to complete these steps within the 5-calendar day period will result in disqualification of the selected winner, and a new winner will be selected from eligible entries in a commercially reasonable period. Sponsors are not responsible and will not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. If the winner cannot be notified within 5 calendar days of the drawing, or fails to comply with these Rules, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Subject to any required governmental approval, Sponsor reserves the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate, cancel, or modify the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Rules or if it becomes technically corrupted or due to non-authorized human intervention.
