This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable U.S federal, state, and local laws and regulations. How to Enter: (1) complete a Sweepstakes Entry Form and deposit it into Sponsor’s lead box or mail it to Sponsor’s address above; or (2) complete a Touch Screen Sweepstakes Entry Form at selected events; or (3) enter online at https://capitalvacations.com/land/country-thunder. Limit of one (1) entry per person/household. Proof of emailing or electronic submission does not constitute proof of delivery or entry. The name, address, telephone number(s), and email address(es) (collectively, “Contact Information”) provided by each entrant on the Sweepstakes Entry Form is the contact information of record regarding all communications with each entrant; any changes to such contact information may serve as a basis for disqualification. Odds of Winning: Estimated odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 3,000,000; however, actual odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Prize: One prize will be awarded to one winner consisting of five (5) night of accommodations in a two-bedroom villa at Calypso Cay by Capital Vacation including taxes and resort fees (www.calypsocay.com), 3000 Bonfire Beach Dr. Kissimmee FL. and a $10,000.00 Visa Gift Card. Retail value of accommodations ranges from $714 to $1,845 depending on time of year traveling, valued up to $2,108.50. Retail value of the Visa Gift Card is $10,000. Other Prize Conditions: Prize does not include airfare, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, phone calls, activities, attraction tickets or other charges incurred by winner. Prize Drawing & Notification: The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be held on April 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. EDT at Sponsors’ office. Up to ten (10) entries will be drawn. The entrant on the first entry drawn will be notified by email or telephone, and must complete, execute and return a W-9 form (required to issue the winner’s 1099 forms), an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively “Affidavits/Releases”) If the entrant cannot be reached within 5 calendar days of notification or fails to complete and return the Affidavits/Releases within 5 calendar days of receipt, that entrant will be disqualified and the entrant on the second entry drawn will be required to comply with the same rules. This process will be repeated until a winner is declared. Sponsors are not responsible and will not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner.
